I have lived here since it opened in 2012. It’s the pits now , constantly breaking down, I waited 4 days to get my toilet fixed . Managers are not managers too many chiefs and not enough indians. Lots of weeds, sprinklers don’t work, very very uneven sidewalks , Sure glad I’m moving .

Very disappointing Senior living apartment community. The corporate office in Idaho have been unsuccessful in keeping managers or maintenance personal for over 2+ years.
My grandma currently lives in this facility. At first glance, I was very pleased with the new place she now calls home. However, after speaking with her today, and hearing how she's not had a REFRIGERATOR for A WEEK and to throw her insulin out...I'm offended. I'm offended because there's NO REASON that's happened.
