Built in 1922 so it’s got thick walls and floors! You don’t hear your neighbors and the hallways are wide! The owner is great at fixing things quickly and taking care of any issues you may have if you simply tell him! No one bothers you by knocking on doors, and there’s plenty of socializing with a potluck every month, and game nights twice a week!
