DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wish i could picked somewhere else to live if i had known this place is infested with bugs, fentyal users and legit people breaking into storage units, cars you name it! Its not SAFE WHAT SO EVER to live here. The manager doesnt care for anyones well being and the staff (besides maintenance crew those men deserve all the praise they can get!) dont care either. OH god forbid you need an appliance worked on? They will tack on a 500 dollars without telling you and then use that to kick you out. Mark my words... read more
Horrible management. Poorly ran. They are really nice until you have a complaint, management emergency, or anything. And when you do have a maintenance request it will not be fixed in a timely matter.
I lived in this place for four years. The manager was a jerk, he totally ignored my complaints about loud noise by other tenants, and he did not do his job at all!!! People would have wild parties late at nite, and when I moved out, I got one-quarter of my cleaning deposit back, even though my friend and I had cleaned my apartment until it sparkled.
