This place is horrible. Wish I could put 0 stars. Nobody fixes anything & if they do it is by unlicensed workers. (Which is why nothing gets done or it gets done improperly). My whole radiator is on the carpet FLOOR (which IS a fire hazard) & bangs/rumbles allllllll night. Sounds like a motorcycle engine everytime the heat is turned on. Can’t sleep in my own bed during fall/winter. Many attempts to try to get that resolved, & you guessed it - crickets. Nothing. The damn ceiling is even falling apart.
