I like Dr. Myers- very personable. The wait time has no improvement, it has been very long over 2 hrs wait. But what we don’t like the most is the rudeness of staff—MA named )April)- rude/no personality. She was taking temporal temp 2 inches away from my daughter’s head. I was not happy with this place. I ran into a lot of problems with this place so I decided to go with another doctor. I’ve been trying to get my records to go to my new doctor for months and I keep getting the runaround. The front desk person is not very nice and not impressed with her. I have been seeing Dr. Dougherty and I am very dissatisfied with that provider. I have been waiting almost a week for her to send over my pre-approval for my medication to my insurance company, have been waiting for a referral to see a specialist... this is by far the worst experience with a Dr. i have ever had to deal with... i am beyond frustrated... I have called the office every day to see if my paper work for my medication has been sent to my insurance to approve my medication as it has been 3 days past my injection day... read more
The wait time was horrible. Sam is an excellent doctor and needs to find a better place to work. Staff was super rude. They were beyond the worst Ive ever dealt with in the medical field. I switched from this place to where im currently going and so glad I did. Ive heard many negative things about this office following my departure. The only good thing about this place was sam.
