I have been seeing Dr. Dougherty and I am very dissatisfied with that provider. I have been waiting almost a week for her to send over my pre-approval for my medication to my insurance company, have been waiting for a referral to see a specialist... this is by far the worst experience with a Dr. i have ever had to deal with... i am beyond frustrated... I have called the office every day to see if my paper work for my medication has been sent to my insurance to approve my medication as it has been 3 days past my injection day... read more
The wait time was horrible. Sam is an excellent doctor and needs to find a better place to work. Staff was super rude. They were beyond the worst Ive ever dealt with in the medical field. I switched from this place to where im currently going and so glad I did. Ive heard many negative things about this office following my departure. The only good thing about this place was sam.
Great practice with caring and knowledgeable employees. I never feel rushed or that they are in any way dismissive of my concerns. No issues with waiting past your appointment time. Very well run practice with great employees.
