Garbage Garbage is out of control. Complaining about it doesn't seem to help at all.
Needs improvement Pros: walking distance to shopping complex, close to mall, hardwood type flooring, large living room, central heating and AC, some storage space, complex surrounded by trees Cons: Appliances are out dated (they have begun to replace them only if they die), cabinets have no shelving and have been covered in clear coat which wasn't professionally done (its runny in spots), they covered all counters with the same clear coat which has been chipping off since about when i moved in, two light switches in bathroom... read more
Overpriced The appliances are old an out dated and so are the cabinets. The cabeints have no shelves. For some reason the decided to put a clear coat on the cabinets to make them appear new...it failed they missed some spots. They also tried that on the counters and now it's chipping off an looks bad. There's two light switches in the bathroom but only one works so they hooked the fan, heat lamp, and light to the same switch to avoid installing another switch.
