I have been checking in at Walnut Park Apartments since last December, sometimes multiple times a day in the first ten days of each month, looking for a 2–3 bedroom unit for my wife and four kids. Every time, I am told there is no availability. At the same time, I see other people receiving keys, signing contracts, and even getting parking stickers right in front of me. This place is very nice. My husband works alone and I take care of two children and every time I come to see if any apartments are available, there are always none available. Maybe you should change management.(((
Rude tenants and bad Area when I lived there, the trashcan got lit on fire two times and peoples houses got kicked in by other tenants and no discipline was done to the tenants are a racist and disrespectful owner and Manager their liars things in my house broke down every week and took them weeks to come and fix it overall, my experience was just bad. I hope their change the management office especially the management she is very rude attitude she may save the apt people's she knows , I been eight months since we were go to the office for rent the apartment, she is always tell came back or call, didn't had good experience with them 🫤
