5 Star : My Experience The service was awesome. My van was fixed and done before I thought it would be. The staff was courteous and caring. I would definitely go back there again and also refer to others.
0 Star : My Experience Was told repair would take two weeks (April 17th). Based on this information, I figured it to be done Fri. April 28th. I scheduled a car stereo install at Best Buy on May 4th. When I hadn't heard from anyone on Mon. 5/1, I called and was told it was still not done. Another call on Tue. 5/2 said it wouldn't be done until Fri. 5-5. I missed my appointment I had waited over a month to get scheduled for the install. I had to reschedule to 5/22.
