I want to preface my review by stating to you that for the last seven years, I have been unable to wear contacts due to scratchiness and what I thought was dry eye. I’d like to express my appreciation to Mary in the vision center. I had some issues with my insurance and projected my frustration on her. Not at all smart on my part. She interacted with me in a professional manner and not only afforded me more patience than I deserved, she took her time filling out the paperwork I brought even though there were other people that needed help. Once again, I appreciate your help.
What a wonderful, positive experience getting new glasses and getting my old glasses repaired. The ladies that work here are friendly professional and have smiles on their faces!!
The optician was fine but the glasses weren't. The lady kept telling me the glasses were right but I just couldn't see it. After we argued a while I got a refund
I’m not sure why this place isn’t rated higher! I went to tri city optometric for the past year and struggled with my recommended prescriptions. I decided to give this place a try to recheck my eyes and Dr Galveston was fantastic. She was thorough and kind and I can already see much better.
