The worker had cut me off and told me I couldn’t get my glasses fixed when I specifically said I had bought them online again and I had to call over 10 times to get an answer about how I could get them fixed and I had to call Shelby’s Walmart to get an answer even though I did not buy them online there
The people in the eye center will never answer the phone. This is the worst Walmart eye center I have ever dealt with. Statesville eye center is the best.
This place is unprofessional, never answers the phone and gives excuses on why they are this way. Will never use them again.
I want to preface my review by stating to you that for the last seven years, I have been unable to wear contacts due to scratchiness and what I thought was dry eye. I’d like to express my appreciation to Mary in the vision center. I had some issues with my insurance and projected my frustration on her. Not at all smart on my part. She interacted with me in a professional manner and not only afforded me more patience than I deserved, she took her time filling out the paperwork I brought even though there were other people that needed help. Once again, I appreciate your help.
