I went there last week and employees were not very knowledgeable of prescriptions or anything about lenses. Also, main eye doctor was very nonprofessional in the presence of customers. One of the employees asked if he had time to see 2 patients about an eye exam and he stated that " ugh, I dont have time for that. " when it wasn't crowded at all and he was sitting in his office for the majority of my visit (45min) and proceeded to leave the vision center and not return for the remainder of my visit. I don’t get my eyes examined there but it is a great place to have good service for buying your glasses and that will except my insurance and will explain to me what the insurance will pay for and what I will have to pay . They are very helpful and I only had to wait a week and couple of days for my glasses to come in . Very convenient for me too, my son works there at Walmart in Oneida.

I received excellent customer service from the Receptionist, the Dr. and Mary, Optometrist. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I love my gold rim sunglasses!!
