I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Walmart Eye Center. Sherri and Goldie, the employees who assisted me, appeared to lack basic competence for their roles. My glasses were clearly crooked, with one side sitting a whole half-inch lower than the other. Despite how obvious the issue was, Goldie simply sprayed and cleaned the lenses before handing them back as if that would fix the alignment. When I returned, Sherri couldnt see the problem. Having only self checkouts is ridiculous! People need jobs, so let them work. Older people have a hard time doing it themselves, so have someone there to help them.

I broke my progressive eye glasses arm while we were traveling. It could not be fixed. Stopped at the Walmart in Live Oak and the optician which I did not get her name was awesome. She was able to hook me up with another frame even though I didn’t get my glasses there and popped my lens right in. All within 15 minutes!

We love this place! Our family has always preferred their excellent affordable service. My only complaint is that the doctor is rarely in, so when I called for an appointment today, they are booked until May!!! Some of us dont have three months to wait.😬
