I gave a review back in Sept. Somehow it isn't there anymore. This vision center are a bunch of thieves! I ordered two pairs of glasses from them. I paid for them and they messaged me saying they were ready for me to pick them up. I go to pick them up and the woman working there said the Dr told her not to give them to me until I have a followup with him. I’ve been “seeing” Dr Maddocks for as long as he’s been at this location. Super convenient and super helpful. He knows me by name and is always eager to help. His smile is contagious (just like my conjunctivitis that he wrote a prescription for). He’s helped me buy lenses and contacts and has solved every other issue that has come up. I hope I’ll be “seeing” him there for years to come. Thanks Dr Maddocks!

Went into the vision center today to get the plastic nose pieces on my glasses fixed. She was in the back for 15 minutes, which to me seemed like a long time, and then she finally came out. She handed me my glasses and one of my lenses was cracked in multiple places. I asked about the cracks and she said they were there before she got them. I know that isn't true because I had to clean my glasses before going in to see her. I didn't want to argue because she was getting defensive. Beware. They aren't gentle with glasses.

This was the most thorough vision exam I've had in 20 years. Dr. Maddocks truly cares about his patients' vision and health. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.
