Guadalupe and Alma were amazing. They helped with everything I needed. Definitely recommend coming here for all your glasses needs
I called to inquirie about ordering my son's glasses over the phone and was told that I could come in and pay to order them and they'll have his information ready. After the great customer service over the phone I was extremely sadden by the horrible in person customer service. I came in around 4:50pm Friday evening and observed 3 employees two working with customers and one (Carmen) on the phone. Fui hacer mi examen de la vista, y el optometrists muy amable, pero me quedé más sorprendido con el buen trato de Yessica, una joven muy amable, atenta, servicial y sobre todo con buen ánimo, me ayudó a escoger entre varios armazones y muy paciente.
