Walmart, what are you doing hiring this rude staff? I'm on the phone; I'm in between contacts. There's a sweet lady there that goes, "Oh, I'll get you a trial pair." This lady out of nowhere interrupts her. Talking about your an adult, you need to figure this out; this isn't our problem. I go to another Walmart; within 10 minutes I have another trial pair. I paid a lot of money for progressive transition glasses and they do NOT block the sun. I would never go back to them.
So impressed!!! Seriously, let me tell you why. For the last couple of years I have gone to a small town optician for my prescriptions and exams. Nice enough, but their supply is limited. At Walmart, there are literally hundreds of pair of glasses from which to choose. I wanted to try multi focal daily contacts. Yes, Walmart had them in my prescription. My exam was SUPER professional. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I was advised they would not be able to help me without a physical copy of my eye prescription. Asked if I could email it or print it off and was told no, only could have it faxed over. Tried having it faxed over and my normal eye doctor said their fax was a busy signal and they said it was not their problem. Finally got my prescription faxed over and they told me I could only get a trial pair if I purchased a box which I agreed to. However, because my prescription was expiri... read more
