This place is clean, bright, and has many economical frame options. The main store is packed, but the shop isn't too busy. I wanted to thank the store manager Mahogany Walker for helping to adjust my glasses for me until they were functional again. She was very patient and took the time to get things right. I had gone to two different shops before this where they declared the glasses "fixed" and sent me on my way with increasingly worse problems.
To whom it may concern my name is Gilda Anderson I wanna let you know how professional and knowledgeable and also kind about your employee Alyce Corbin I only get my glasses from Walmart seems like I get Alyce every time and I love it .. she’s so patient I just want you to know how amazing she is she’s an asset to the Co. and that’s rare at Walmart.
I'm not going into full details but I'm going to let you know that what happened in the beginning of my daughter's first eyes appointment...was disappointing 😞 😔 she was upset 😡 and so was I as her Mother but I can honestly say once the manager heard of the mishaps she corrected the situation admittedly which was so surprising and she also apologize about all that went wrong along with giving my daughter a huge discount...this showed me that they truly cared and was concerned of my Daughter's well being ...thanks to all t... read more
