Tiffany at the vision center was not at all courteous despite mentioning her years of experience in the department. Customer service is all about showing respect. Treating everyone with kindness is part of the job.
Great experience with Teresa placing my order. Told me all of my options without trying to upsell me, and was cordial the whole time. Also Gail at pickup was delightful.
Teresa is wonderful! She is always cheerful and helpful. I know I can count on her any time I have a situation with my glasses.
