The lady was very nice, but I was told because I got my glasses from a different location, it was against company policy for me to get new frames and I would have to buy new frames and lenses, which seems like a scheme to get more money, and it would take more than a week. I asked if there was no way to buy just frames at all, and was told no. "Company policy." Waste of time. I will never attemp to use there services again. The only positive was the employee, who again, was very polite.

This is an outstanding facility for eye exams and glasses. The lady at the reception desk was wonderful, and the doctor herself was exceptional. The front office staff is equally impressive. The prices are competitive, even for those without insurance, and the cost of glasses is also good.

The customer service I experienced today was horrible. I spent a lot of money on my eyewear. At least, l could have been acknowledged while l was standing there for 15 minutes with a hello or we'll be right with you. Chandra, when she is there, she is very patient, professional, polite. The tall older guy and Hispanic woman that was working yesterday lacked customer service for sure. The doctor was great as well.
