You can’t get anything done if the provider isn’t there but they never seem to be there. You aren’t allowed to pick up orders/samples or place orders. . I finally was able to pick my contacts up and all they had to do was hand me a bag and I left. The provider needs to be there for that? Ridiculous.
Great service and I love my glasses
Good luck! These people are not customer service oriented, very condescending and the employees are not versed on the lenses and products they sell. When the licensed optician is out to lunch glasses can’t be ordered or picked up, but they are there to tell you they can't help you! Terrible experience with this vision center. My entire family went in for exams and new glasses. Soon after my wife and son went back, my wife came out to tell me that the nurse was threatening to cancel my son's appointment because he didn't want to do the test that puffs air into your eyes. When I went and asked for an explanation, I was given a ton of attitude by the nurse. When I pointed out her attitude, she didn't apologize, she cancelled all of our appointments on the spot.
