The doctors are amazing as always. The 2 ladies we encountered working there however are extremely rude. Very blah attitudes as if we the customers are an annoyance to them. My daughter was fitted for contacts and had to return today to attend the class teaching her how to insert and remove them. The lady (Kimberly) assisting was super passive aggressive and acted like she didnt want to be bothered. Hannah, the associate who helped me, was not friendly whatsoever. She barely acknowledged me when I asked for help and she made me feel like I was interrupting her while she was sitting at her table. There wasn't even another customer in the vision center! If you do go here to get glasses, definitely ask for another associate if you see the name Hannah on the name tag of the person helping you. You'll easily be able to pick her out because she won't have a smile on her face and she'll be on the verge of being rude. Completel... read more
