Matt was very helpful during our short time on the phone, I had called several eye care providers before this call and he helped clarify what others did not. I appreciate him for going above and beyond what was necessary to make sure I was taken care of!
The doctors are amazing as always. The 2 ladies we encountered working there however are extremely rude. Very blah attitudes as if we the customers are an annoyance to them. My daughter was fitted for contacts and had to return today to attend the class teaching her how to insert and remove them. The lady (Kimberly) assisting was super passive aggressive and acted like she didnt want to be bothered. I've always gone to the one on Trenton Ave and had to go to the Tiffin Ave location due to scheduling conflicts. Never again. V... read more
