I have never had such a worst experience and will never goback or recommend anyone this place. The lady incharge for the vision and glass section is least bothered about customers and acts like the Ceo of Walmart . First time when i went on a week day at 5.45 pm she said she cannot accommodate even though the closing time is 7pm. Second time i went on a Saturday morning and she was not even looking at the members walking in and randomly tell the members to sign in. I had a great experience at this vision center. Forouz’s service was amazing!She is very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. She made the whole visit easy and pleasant. I really appreciate her for explaining everything in a way which I can easily understand as a first time user of glasses.Thank you for such an excellent customer service!
