My husband and I purchased glasses from Walmart . The customer service was excellent when we ordered glasses and picked up. Both optical associates were great! Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Nice calm clean friendly environment. On both visits I observed both optical associates helping someone who didn’t speak English. Customer was using interpreter service provided by Walmart. Purchased contact Lenses today and had a very pleasant experience. The lady helping me was so nice and patient while helping me. Her name tag was flipped over so I don’t know her name. But thank you!
Thawonda helped me out last week when I ordered glasses and also today when I picked it up. Her customer service is excellent. I'll be sure to go there from now on for glasses.
