I had to switch back to MC vision center from another store. All the staff were wonderful. Went back today to pick up my contacts and had a very nice woman help me. Keep up the great work ladies.
Every month I go to Walmart in Michigan City to shop when I get my social security check. Many times I stop by their optical department to get my glasses adjusted. Every time the technician’s go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied with how my glasses feel and fit. Yesterday, I saw Ana and she was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for taking such care.
I’ve been to many Walmart vision centers. Laporte, Valpo, carpentersville and Michigan city- my experience at Michigan city was hands down the best one. Great doctor, extremely informative and the staff is wonderful!
My prescription safety glasses are a couple months old that I purchased from Walmart vision center, went back today to ask about the nose piece that keeps popping loose and scratching my face, I paid for the protection plan l, lady tells me today that she can't do anything for me, go elsewhere this place is a joke
These ladies are always so nice every interaction. So friendly and helpful. The ladies in the benton harbor optical are not nearly as friendly , they seemed annoyed all of the time and make me feel uncomfortable. So thank you Michigan City team. You are further away but I enjoy my experience with you. I love you.
