I have been coming to this Walmart Vision Center with my family for around 20 years and have always had good experiences with the doctors and staff. Unfortunately, my recent experience with an employee/manager named Maya was very upsetting and unprofessional. Extremely rude employee named Maya. I brought my eyeglass prescription there because I was interested in getting glasses and had a few questions. Instead of helping me, she spoke very rudely, raised her voice, and acted unprofessionally. No one should speak to an elderly customer that way. I was shocked by how disrespectful the interaction was. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Walmart does not need employees who treat customers like this. I have never encountered such a rude person in customer service.
Had an excellent experience here in the Kenner Vision store today. Maya was extremely nice and very patient. Answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Walked me through the insurance process and helped me make decisions and submitted my order. Very pleased with the entire experience so far. New glasses to arrive in approx. a week. Thanks Maya!
We have been going to this Walmart Vision Center in Kenner, LA for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We placed an order for contact lenses and never heard anything back for over a month. When we finally called to check, we were told the order had never been placed because their system was down at the time.
