We have been going to this Walmart Vision Center in Kenner, LA for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We placed an order for contact lenses and never heard anything back for over a month. When we finally called to check, we were told the order had never been placed because their system was down at the time. I would not recommend utilizing this store. They charge you for services you don't necessarily need. When they discuss it with you, they make it seem like it is included or required. You won't realize you had an option until the end when you pay. Avoid.
