They were very unfriendly and turned away my son who had the necessary insurance, we checked. His own insurance was perplexed as to why he was turned away from an appointment that was made 4wks prior. Shameful that these associates are not trained better in friendly service but also behind the counter in matters as delicate as insurances!!
I've always received fantastic service at the Walmart Eye Center in Ashland, which is where I live. I have bought several pairs of glasses from Ashland's Walmart Eye Center with no issues. This time, due to insurance reasons, I had to go to the Walmart Eye Center in Ontario to get my vision checked and get glasses. Staff and doctor were very unfriendly to my teenaged daughter. Will not be going back there with any of my children or myself, unfortunately.
The people at Walmart Vision Center were exceptionally helpful. This is my first venture into bifocals as I continue to progress in age. I got progressive lenses and saw an immediate difference in the clarity of letters and numbers. The difference was so incredible, my next stop was to Barnes & Noble to learn how to read.
Chloe, Kayla, and Brie were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Very good experience
