Been coming here for years but today was my last time!! Ariana who is a manager was so completely rude and aggressive. Paid for the warranty on my glasses and she didn’t want to help. Found out the warranty was up but that would have been easier to find out than just the comments she made and her terrible attitude! Never again for me
I’ll spare the 9 hour horror story I spent with a man named Chris and just narrow it down to the doctors don’t care about you personally. Chris needs to learn to not cut customers off interrupting when they are speaking. Also he needs to not make you wait 8-9 hours to be helped when you are also a patient and then by the end of it say he can’t do anything unless I’m seen by the doctor for a new exam by that doctor.( my prescription is still valid and not expired for another 6 months) so no. Ariana and Angelica were AMAZING! Ariana fitted my son's glasses for free, and Angelica went to the back to get my 8 year old a camo-colored glasses strap that she thought suited his style. They were so attentive and helpful. 10/10 will be going here for all of my future glasses needs!
Had a blast getting new prescription sunglasses today. Kris and Angelica are nice, professional, fun people. Promote those two and give them fat raises ASAP!! I’ve never had fun buying glasses before lol. They deserve it!! 5 star service. Update: I paid for the $25 1 year warranty in June, and broke my sunglasses frames within 2 months, but I walked in and Jessica popped in my lenses into new frames and it didn’t cost me anything out of pocket. Took 10 mins. She deserves 5 star recognition too.
My glasses got messed up in a car accident and Angelica fixed them so i could at least Wear them. She was so kind and helpful. I got a quote for how much new glasses would cost there. When I'm able to get new ones, i will definitely come to Angelica!!!! Thank you so much for helping me.🩵🩵🩵
