I want to say first off my bad review is not towards the associates in the Walmart. The associates themselves are very nice. However the doctor himself is an issue. I found Dr. Molinario to be very rude. I came here because I thought it would be cheaper than where I normally go but I’ll never know because he wouldn’t give me a new prescription. He gave me attitude the whole time and basically said that because I couldn’t give him a quick answer about what I thought was better between the lenses he didn’t bother changing my p... read more
The place is nice and the employees are great, however the doctor always has an attitude and will complain if you ask to go from one set to another just to actually see what visual is best for me. He states that he will not go back and to prety much stick with the option he gives you. Thats not a good eye doctor at all.
Flo and Suzy are the best. Flo did an amazing job with tracing my Ray Ban Meta Glasses. These two are very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Dr. Baatz was very nice and knowledgeable when i went in for my eye exam. I really want to thank Conner and Angelica for helping me with my 1st pair of glasses. Conner was very helpful and really helped me find great frames. Angelica was able to help find me and my insurance that was put into the computer using the wrong name. Thanks for making the finding glasses trip very easy and fun.
Rude, understaffed. The optimist is never there. Very unpleasant unprofessional and a waist of time and money. Stay away.
