I visited this location today hoping to purchase a pair of glasses. One of the staff members, Patricia, was extremely patient, informative, and very knowledgeable of the eyewear and my insurance options. Although she was a bit busy she still made an effort to assist me and was very patient and helpful. What left me confused, however, was that when the doctor stepped out originally, she was unable to help with my order and appeared unfamiliar with the process. Very nice
I have a pretty complicated prescription, and the glasses I had made at Walmart Vision are excellent. For years a struggle with progressive lenses and I was told it's normal that I can't see clearly mid-distance and up close. But with this new glasses from Walmart I can see perfectly at all distance ranges, including reading. Seamless transition in focus. The glasses do not fit for me, i fell so pain when i wear the glasses. i went to shop couple times to ask them help to adjust it, still do not work and refuse to do more adjustment. i want to return it and get insurance benefit back what i can go to other vision store get new glasses. They gave glasses return, but don't give me the insurance benefit back. I still want my insurance benefit back, i can get my new glasses.
