I went by there today to ask some questions and to see if they did eye exams well the VERY RUDE LADY wouldn’t help me and kept saying well we have no dr here. I kept asking my questions and wanted to see what kind of glasses I would like and she ripped them out f my hands and said we will just clean these like I had some kind of disease! I will never go back there again! Honey you are rude and you don’t belong dealing with the public! You lost a damn good customer! I feel bad for your fellow coworkers who work with you!!!!!
All the one raters are probably just some kids so don’t listen to them but this place is nice for 3pairs of glasses for a decent price I recommend .
Susan was amazing throughout my eyewear shop experience. Susan provided excellent customer service and showed that she truly care's about her customers
Worst store ever. Go to Optical Outlets in Gainesville instead! Don't trust their "12-month replacement policy." It's false advertising! The actual warranty is: if it is only the shape, the store will adjust them instead of repairing them. If they're broken, the store will not replace the glasses but only the broken parts. I was told by multiple people, multiple times that the glass would be replaced if it broke within 12 months. Not the case! The quality is horrible.
