All the one raters are probably just some kids so don’t listen to them but this place is nice for 3pairs of glasses for a decent price I recommend .

Worst store ever. Go to Optical Outlets in Gainesville instead! Don't trust their "12-month replacement policy." It's false advertising! The actual warranty is: if it is only the shape, the store will adjust them instead of repairing them. If they're broken, the store will not replace the glasses but only the broken parts. I was told by multiple people, multiple times that the glass would be replaced if it broke within 12 months. Not the case! The quality is horrible. Staff are very helpful.
Horrible rude management. Snotty sarcastic when explained problems. She needs to get another job without people. Less than a year had glasses. Glare coat and scratch resistant do not last . Ralph Lauren Frames horrible do not hold on face.
