Lisa is unprofessional, uncaring, and dishonest, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I cannot see, and I have been getting the runaround with them since November. I came in back in November for an eye exam because I had my driver’s test coming up, but I ended up getting the wrong prescription. I told everyone there that I could not see with that prescription, but they tried to tell me that sometimes it takes time to adjust. I showed up to the vision center at 5:40 today picked out glasses and waited in line to be refused service by Lisa. By the time I got to her in line it was 5:50. They dont close until 7. I was turned away bc she said she had to do other things and didnt have time to do my order. I was told to go a different Walmart to be serviced .
I lost my prescription reading glasses 2 days ago and all I had left was a broken pair with current prescription lens. Maureen at the Edinboro Walmart advise me to take them to Kathy at Walmart on Peach St who could try and match my len's to new a frame. Kathy knew exactly what shape frame to try and within 10 minutes and only $17.00, I walked out of the store with glasses in hand and dilemma solved!! Thank you Maureen for the recommendation and Kathy for being a lifesaver!!
Best affordable place & very thorough. I have had a horrible stigmatism and been to many other offices unsatisfied. The manager went outta his way to help. Definitely some Great staff!
