Gail, Dr. Glass, and Liz were great. Service was excellent.
If I could give less than one star, I would! After Portage Rd. Walmart closed, they made Dr. Damm go to Benton Harbor and this store replaced two of the BEST employees with some woman that was more concerned with getting her short finger gloves on, then didn't listen when I spelled my last name. Told me they didn't take my Humana Medicare and after another employee said that they did....searched around for an insurance form for close to 5 minutes instead of just finding me an appt first. Where in the world did they find her ... read more
