I have visited this store twice. Both times I've been looking at the selection of frames. Let me tell you the young woman working has been so patient, helpful and kind!! I have looked at probably 10-15 different frames and she helped me with every one and had more to show me!! She was absolutely lovely helping me choose a few favorites and answered all my questions!! The lady assisting me today was absolutely amazing at her job and super helpful, and also very busy! She was great and it made me feel great about choosing this Walmart Vision!
Worst place to buy glasses. When you’re buying the glasses they tell you any scratch on the lenses they will replace the lenses. I had scratches in the corner of my lenses. They refused to replace lenses since it wasn’t in the middle of the lenses. I had to call corporate on this issue. They finally replaced them with an attitude of course. Three times I had to have them replaced scratches in the same location every time. You would think they would have a person working there that could figure out why this was occurring but ... read more
