If I could go below 1 I would, these people are pathetic. Takes a month to get lenses in- maybe ?.1st time couldn't see out of them. They acted like it was my fault. Not looking thru them correctly. I have worn glasses for 53 years and never heard that one. We will see if they ever get here if I can see thru these 🤞Don't use this place. The doctor is good but everything else is horrible
Aweful experience!! First they couldn’t find my prescription and had quoted me a price and then I came back and the price changed. Seems like they dont know what they are doing! Don’t go there!!
Got here early. 2 people already ahead of me 4 the doctor. I just need a readjustment b4 work @0930. Hence the early part, but I'm waiting because the associate can't triage even tho I made it known about my time restraints. The 2 infront are here 4 xa full Dr's. visit. Triage idiot!
The customer service is fantastic. The lady with the red hair is great and makes you feel right at home! The dr is super informative! Highly recommended
