Had gone to America's Best and was so disappointed. Prescription way off and felt like I was with a car saleman. (Selling was the focus) Went to Walmart on Kansas Expressway, where Gage took care of me. Amazing professionalism and made sure I was satisfied with service. Met with Dr. Online. Learned a lot about my eyes, small cataracts, dry eyes and recommended eye drops. Got the perfect prescription. Highly recommend.
Gage was super friendly and knowledgeable
The staff are unaware, inattentive, and disregard responsibilities to their customers. I’ve driven to this Walmart because the store used to be my favorite. However, after being disappointed and wasting gas on several occasions, I will be changing to a better location. The Campbell location really is better, with nicer staff who are informative and understanding. I was able to get quality assistance from a sweet girl working the desk, so I guess I’ll stay with Walmart vision… Kansas location needs to do better though!!
