The staff are unaware, inattentive, and disregard responsibilities to their customers. I’ve driven to this Walmart because the store used to be my favorite. However, after being disappointed and wasting gas on several occasions, I will be changing to a better location. The Campbell location really is better, with nicer staff who are informative and understanding. I was able to get quality assistance from a sweet girl working the desk, so I guess I’ll stay with Walmart vision… Kansas location needs to do better though!!
Great service and frame selection.
One state said had lazy eyes gave me prisms, Iowa another state flipped lenses so could no see out of glasses Target, Janesville WI Southern Branson Mo did exam with no equipment, turned out be severely wrong. Furthermore went to Mo Expo, went to 2 surgeons. They said nope not lazy eyes, not need prisms. Then both said nope its catoracts. So glasses again could not read outa. Went to Walmart. Found out no catoracts nothing lazy eyes. Ongoing misinformation.
I have used Walmart on a few occasions to get eye exams and glasses. The doctor and staff were very nice and helpful. I recommend Walmarts to anyone without insurance coverage.
