I've been wearing glasses/contacts since I was 5, so I've been to A LOT of doctors. Dr. Gebhardt is the best one I've ever been to. She is thorough and explains everything, some just assume you know all the things. She takes time to answer and questions and has ordered me contacts in varying decibels of my prescription to make sure I like exactly how they fit/feel and how I can see. I will never go to another Doctor as long as she's an option.
Horrible place. No respect for time. I was there for an hour past my appointment for some dumb reason before I left. It wasn't even busy.
Extremely long wait times. Typically over an hour after your appointment before you even go in the exam room. Done with it.
Answered phone unprofessionally, put me on hold, hung up on me, and when I proceeded to call back hung up again
DO NOT GO HERE..long waits with appt. My daughter was seen 3 months ago and we are still waiting for the Dr to write her contact script. TheY wanted her to try a new sample pair that took over a month to come in, now waiting over a month for another sample. Ridiculous! My daughter is out of contacts trying to get help here is impossible. What a nightmare and waste of time and money. Her old script was fine. They don't care about customers here once they get paid they could care less if your suffering waiting for contacts. To... read more
