Extremely long wait times. Typically over an hour after your appointment before you even go in the exam room. Done with it.
Answered phone unprofessionally, put me on hold, hung up on me, and when I proceeded to call back hung up again
DO NOT GO HERE..long waits with appt. My daughter was seen 3 months ago and we are still waiting for the Dr to write her contact script. TheY wanted her to try a new sample pair that took over a month to come in, now waiting over a month for another sample. Ridiculous! My daughter is out of contacts trying to get help here is impossible. What a nightmare and waste of time and money. Her old script was fine. They don't care about customers here once they get paid they could care less if your suffering waiting for contacts. To... read more

This review is long overdue to applaud the great care the doctors and staff members have provided at the Walmart Super Center Vision Centers in both Branson West and Springfield, MO. The extended hours have been a life-saver as well as the quality time the personnel have dedicated for my complex vision needs to prescribe and fit gas permeable contact lenses for more than 20 years!
