The ladies are helpful and knowledgeable. I always have a good experience here. I've been using this Walmart vision center since 2020. Recently, they got a new doctor who does telehealth and My daughter seen him. Dr. Doug Nosacka was kind and patient with her. It was a good experience. Kris and Pam are very sweet.
Horrible place honestly they argue with customers and are honestly just weird
Called several times to make sure my insurance was accepted. Was told 4x at the least that it was accepted. Got in there, and was told I was in fact not in network and they don’t accept my insurance. Had to go to two different locations to try and get my glasses. But Walmart put an auth hold on me and won’t take it off. Will not be back, will not set foot in this vision center again.
