Called several times to make sure my insurance was accepted. Was told 4x at the least that it was accepted. Got in there, and was told I was in fact not in network and they don’t accept my insurance. Had to go to two different locations to try and get my glasses. But Walmart put an auth hold on me and won’t take it off. Will not be back, will not set foot in this vision center again.
The Dr. at Campbell was very friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile to take care of my eye. The ladies up front were very friendly and helpful as well would recommend this vision center to everyone
