This eyesight clinic was quite unprofessional. I walked in a few days ago and made an appointment for today. When I arrived at the designated time, I was informed that the doctor was not present. When I told them my name, they interrogated me multiple times, as if I was lying about having an appointment today. To cut the story short, Jocelyn did not do her job and did not record my appointment in their system.
