I’ve been a Walmart Vision customer for over 25 years, including the original Hermitage location before it became Home Depot. What I experienced at the current Hermitage Vision Center is far beyond poor service — it reflects a serious breakdown in honesty, training, and basic customer care that Walmart Corporate needs to address immediately. Came in to do an insurance claim for my glasses and Megan made the process so easy & fast!! She was so sweet too! Definitely will be back for all my future needs!! Thank you!!
Gylten, the optician, was extremely friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me! They get glasses in very quickly. And, while they don't have a doctor, because he retired, they have a machine that will give you an accurate prescription for just $25. I highly recommend them.
Been calling every day for 2 weeks for an updated prescription and they don't answer the phone. communication doesn't exist at this office at all...
This is the literal worst place you can get contacts. There is no communication, customer service, or accountability. I had an eye exam and then was given a couple sample contacts to try, I then went back and said that the samples did not work well for me, and then found out that the doctor was on vacation and then retiring. So I was therefore stuck with whatever the prescription for the sample contacts were. They would not reimburse me for another eye exam so that I could get the proper contacts.
