Been calling every day for 2 weeks for an updated prescription and they don't answer the phone. communication doesn't exist at this office at all...
This is the literal worst place you can get contacts. There is no communication, customer service, or accountability. I had an eye exam and then was given a couple sample contacts to try, I then went back and said that the samples did not work well for me, and then found out that the doctor was on vacation and then retiring. So I was therefore stuck with whatever the prescription for the sample contacts were. They would not reimburse me for another eye exam so that I could get the proper contacts. Nothing but wonderful things to say about the ladies that work here. Yvette and Michelle helped my elderly grandma order glasses and they were both so friendly, patient, and professional. Highly recommend.
This review is for dr. lauren mcelrath. That woman had a bad attitude, and, said she doesnt know the answers to my vision questions. She was as miserable as the old ladies in her front office.
Called to schedule appointment for vision test. Optometrist is retiring, Walmart is not filling position. Will only sell frames and lens. What's the point?
