I would love to be able to leave a "real" review for this office. However after calling multiple times a day overthe last several days, and the phone just being left to RING nonstop in my ear for four to five minutes every time, before someone answers and then abruptly hangs up, I can't do that. So what I will say, is just based on their inability to just answer the phone, place someone on hold, and provide prompt and responsive service, they are beyond unprofessional.

Called to schedule an eye exam and got told that this location does not have a doctor
Great department. Someone needs to tell the main store management that the Vision Dept has not closed.Thats what the main store manager told me me when I called the main number. Whoever answers the main number always seems clueless on any question you ask and clearly makes up incorrect answers.
