I have been trying to get an appointment this morning for new contacts. The first time I was put on hold for 10 minutes and the second call....after letting it ring for 2 minutes solid....I was put in hold again, this time though they didn't even answer....just picked up the phone and put me on hold. Maybe a change in employees is in order or at least a review of how to answer the phone.
