I made a visit here for a bit of a complex contact prescription. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to Sharon. She was very diligent to make sure I was getting a good set of contacts; she was very honest about getting a refund that was due to me. Super super thank you.
Hateful customer service..Out of date 1 month after bad glasses I cant see out of..They will get a complaint from BBB Chattanooga Tn.
I have been trying to replace my broken frames for nine months. I keep getting told to go somewhere else despite having purchased the frames from there.
Came once before closing hours and they had closed early. Came again with my 4 children. Lady was very rude to my children and not friendly at all in general! Also there was nowhere for any extra family to sit and lady would not let children use stools. They had to sit on the floor. I would not say a good place to bring your children.
