Don’t use them. No one actually works there. They take your money. Don’t call you You have to call them. Went to the store after calling to say I was coming to pick up the glasses. The lady had left for the day at 3:00. Don’t waste your time. I just want my money back.
Terrible experience. Incompetent staff on April 1, a Saturday morning. They couldn't process my standard insurance without making multiple phone calls to someone at a different location. I had to finally walk out and getting delayed for so long and being told contradictory information. For example, for prescription sunglasses I was asked if I wanted polarized or standard. They gave me the wrong RX for my glasses. I had to pay another Dr. to give me another eye exam
