The vision center person Julissa is very rude and very unprofessional, with condescending attitude. She needs a lot of training. I remember her dealing with other customers leaving the store frustrated. She has never changed. She is bad for business.
One of the coworkers in the vision center was rude. She’s short and wears thick false lashes. I think her name is Julissa. She told us to wait while she was with customers which I didn’t mind, but she took about 20 min and while the other people were looking around at frames she could have assisted me with just tightening my frames. I've been coming here for years and have went through some mess along the journey of being a customer. But today is the last day I spend my money here. I purchased the Walmart coverage for $20 for both my children, my children are typical kids and break and lose things. My son broke his glasses I brought them in for repair and I had to pay, was told the Walmart coverage didn't cover it.
