This places absolutely is horrible they treat there customer like there nothing. Will put you on hold for 15 minutes and then give you attitude. Highly recommend you call somewhere else
I had the best experience at the vision center at Walmart today. Nice young man who said he was the optician Joel, helped me find a new pair of glasses that I loved so much at an affordable cost. He also answered many questions I had and was very knowledgeable in his field. So very helpful. I recommend requesting Joel for the best experience ever!!!
Really pissed! Their posted hours say that they close at 6, and I called ahead to confirm. I drove 2 hours to get some glasses fixed and arrived an hour before closing time to find that they had already closed. The employees at the door said that they do that all the time. 0/10 do not recommend. I'll spend my money somewhere else.
We're two very disabled seniors, who made an appointment for another exam, only to be put on hold, in what felt like an hour... so I just went to Mr Eye Doctor, not only was the visit amazing, they charged us less then Walmart. One star, because that's what it takes to review... Walmart acts as if we should feel privileged, to shop at their store...never again
Fix your hours online because when it says your open until 5 and I’m there at 4 and your closed it sucks
