We're two very disabled seniors, who made an appointment for another exam, only to be put on hold, in what felt like an hour... so I just went to Mr Eye Doctor, not only was the visit amazing, they charged us less then Walmart. One star, because that's what it takes to review... Walmart acts as if we should feel privileged, to shop at their store...never again
Fix your hours online because when it says your open until 5 and I’m there at 4 and your closed it sucks
Great staff and loved my new glasses
I called to get my prescription numbers because I moved from the area and was told it would take two weeks for it to get to me by email, as if that is any sort of reasonable for someone who needs glasses to take part in any part of life besides sleep
Customer service is ALWAYS the first thing I look at when shopping anywhere. This place has it. The staff that is here now in Westfield is the best I've experienced by far. Chain store or not, it honestly does not make a difference, these are professionals who know their stuff and actually care about the people they are dealing with. Thanks for everything. I'll be back and I will be telling all my friends and family to do the same!
