I have to give Lisa at the council bluffs 16th street Walmart a rating of high standards with her customer service and knowledge of vision wear. She also wants the best for her customers. She also make eyewear affordable. Don’t over look her Walmart she’s one of the best.

I went to wal mart vision and was warmly greeted by Lisa who was very helpful and so informative during my daughter's search in her first pair of glasses. She answered all of my questions and helped us get the best deals for the ones we chose. I look forward to coming back to see Lisa at wal mart vision.

I was very surprised with the outstanding service when I simply went in to purchase replacement side shields for my safety glasses. Both ladies were extremely helpful and Lisa even came over in the middle of her lunch and spent about ½ hour looking for a suitable replacement even though I hadn’t even purchased my glasses from that store! All that for a $3 sale. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Lisa was very quite welcoming, and not just a Place but a home. She was cheerful and very informative and helpful to the T. She based the glasses on my taste and I actually ended up loving the pair she picked out and bought them. She was very patient and friendly. Definitely going to switch my eye care to this Walmart vision center.
