Very improficient staff! THEY put the wrong information in for me, so I couldn't register online, in which I called them to make them aware. They told me to just fill out the paperwork when I got there. The day of my appointment, I received a call stating that my insurance was inactive, in which it isn't- I even called to verify. I told the representative that, and also told her that I couldn't register online because my information must be wrong. Took my daughter to get her eye exam over 2 months ago and her glasses still haven't came in so they say! Still waiting smh!
I spoke to associate yesterday to get my son eyes check, first the late opening up.. then you gonna tell me that the doctor don’t come in until 11. Horrible service, I wish she would have told me on the phone instead of driving 30mins to get a i exam. Never again !
