I received a message that I can pick up my glasses. I came straight from work and when I arrived I was informed that I need to wait an hour since the person who can release my glasses is on a break. I came in at 3pm and got my glasses at 4pm. If they don't value time, I do. And they wasted an hour of mine.

I received a text that my glasses were ready for pickup. So, I went to pick them up. They said they couldn't give me the glasses because a certified person wasn't there. LOL.
After being told that I didn’t want what I wanted I chose something else. I like the rimless glasses. They didn’t work for me so when I returned them I was told the manager has to pay for that and I’m currently banned from going there ever again due to the return. I had them 1 week. I’m very dissapointed
