AVOID. Absolutely terrible service. The employee at the front desk apparently only speaks in grunts and hand gestures. If you go to browse the eye wear do NOT expect to be waited on - you will need to approach someone and you will be inconveniencing them by doing so. Further the optometrist is rude and equally inconvenienced by visitors. Doctor was terrible... – It wasn't really the "vision center" in particular that I hated...it was the doctor and his rudeness towards his customers. I made an appointment and had to cancel due to something unexpected. I called an hour before my appointment and apologized for the cancellation and tried to reschedule. I talked to the doctor himself and was lectured like a 5 year old on how it is disrespectful and unfair to other customers for me to cancel an appointment because he only has an hour to fill the gap...I couldn't ... read more
horrible experience the vision center Walmart Briar Creek – NO STAR is what I say about the service of obtaining my prescription glasses now what is to be a second 7 day period because they could not get simple no line bi focal glasses right. It seems as tho' the lab could not get the scrip done and back to the store on time after a first 7 day waiting period nd now and 2nd week is added. I would bet that they are not right this time either. That's what I get by trying to save a dime and I need those things as I am in the me... read more
