Seems there is always a staffing issue. Either closed or the employee on site can't do anything
I really don’t even want to give one star. This is my second incident with them. I received a phone call saying that my glasses were ready for pick up. They gave me the days and hours that I can pick them up. Today is Saturday, January 17. I go to Walmart vision at 1 PM to pick up my glasses, there’s one girl there on her phone. I Let her know what I was there for she said the person that can you give me my glasses had something else to do and they were not there so I need to come back on Monday. I went to two Walmarts. One said he couldn’t do anything without the optician who wouldn’t be back for forty minutes. The second one said they don’t open til next week while physically sitting there. I’m done
Dr Jacob Hannon was extremely friendly and thorough. The experience was great!
Doctor refused to give my daughter contacts because he said her nails were too long. They aren't even that long.
