So I picked out a pair of glasses and a hour after I realized I don't want this pair I went right to the store and told them before they even sent them to be made. So the lady at the store says "oh no you have only 30 minutes after purchasing to return them" I thought this was really weird but whatever I guess I'm screwed. So today I get the glasses still not happy and ask again can I return them they tell me no which I again think this is crazy never in my life have I bought something and not been able to return it. Sherri and Mary were fantastic. Thorough, thoughtful, professional.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They literally WASTED my time . Sat there for an hour and 10 minutes and never got called back. Appointment was at 11 am and told to arrive 15 minutes early. Sat there until almost noon. I Left. Will not be returning. Horrible communication and service.
