The doctor got my prescription wrong before she left. I had to go to another location/doctor to get correct prescription and my insurance would not pay for this. During this whole mess the "manager" of eye center was very rude and so was the store manager. Nobody ever apologized for the mistake. Now, today I just received a bill saying I owe them more money for this visit on top of what I have already paid. It has been a terrible experience.
Have always a great experience here. Good selection and pricing. If you dont like your glasses you can always take them back as well
